Deposits & Payments

When you decide on a puppy please call me @ 406-591-4366 to see if the pup is still available.

We require a deposit of $500.00 (non-refundable deposit) to reserve a pup.

The total balance owed on puppy must be received by the time your pup is 7 weeks of age in order for the puppy to be ready to ship @ 8-9 weeks of age. * Please note that if the puppy is purchased after 7 weeks of age payment needs to be made in full at time of purchase.

Today there is a lot of check fraud, including cashier's checks, money orders, so because of this we will NOT ship your puppy till the check clears my bank regardless of the type of check NO EXCEPTIONS. My bank puts a 3 to 10 day hold  hold on all checks. So this is why we require the puppy to be paid for @ 7 weeks old.

*WE NO LONGER TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS

if you're picking up your puppy the balance will be owed at pickup, however the balance can only be paid with CASH.

We accept:
*Bank to Bank wire transfer (fastest 2-24 hrs.)  We prefer this form of payment. ~
*Zell  (2 - 72 hrs. usually).
* Cashier's Check or Money Order (3 to 10 days to clear).
  • If you choose to send payment in the mail, we will put the puppy that you want on Hold for 3 business days, while we wait for your deposit. You will need to send Express mail/Next day air so that it reaches us with in the 3 days. If we do not receive your deposit by day three the said puppy will go back up for adoption.

  • If we are shipping your pup, when the pup turns 7.5 weeks, we will make shipping arrangements @ buyers expanse. We will not book any flights or make any arrangements until the balance owed on your puppy, plus shipping, has been received & the payment has cleared our bank. NO EXCEPTIONS

Shipping &/or Flight Nanny

Due to covid it is almost imposable to ship with Delta & United however I can still ship with Alaskan/Horizon.

So if you live somewhere that Alaskan doesn't fly than we have to hire a Flight Nanny. I have personally used the Flight Nannies with my male "Drac" when he came from Mexico.

The great thing about the Nanny is they have your puppy with them in the plane and at layovers, they also keep in contact with us along the trip. The only downside is that they fly standby and can get bumped off a flight, but don't worry the pup will be well cared for till they get another flight.

*The other thing is the puppy has to weigh under 20 pounds and fit in a carrier that fits under the seat. So, with that said we need to ship as soon as the puppies are 8 weeks old.

So, until Delta and United start allowing pets in the pet cargo, we have to use a Flight Nanny, or you have to come pick your puppy up.

We do have a few other options if you live in the Denver Colorado area & or close to us.
